Our true nature, according to yoga, is ever wise, ever pure, ever free. When we are aligned with our authentic nature, life flows, we are liberated. Our challenges are manageable and little, if any, time is spent in regret. We embrace all aspects of our life and we direct our energy and actions mindfully. Silke and Nancy invite you to a weekend exploration of asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra as the gateway to remembering the authentic self.
The retreat begins Thursday evening at 5:30 pm dinner and concludes Sunday around noon. Participants are welcome to arrive at the Christine Center beginning at 3pm on Thursday the 21st.
The Christine Center is located approximately two and a half hours from the Twin Cities in the tranquil woods of Willard, Wisconsin. Situated on 120 secluded acres, the center offers various accommodations including guest house rooms, modern cabins, rustic cabins, and campsites. Since this retreat is offered in the winter, housing options will be limited to guest house or modern cabin. Classes will be held in the Meditation Chapel, a beautiful studio with a domed ceiling, skylights, large windows, and heated hardwood floor.
